Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated maintenance assistant to support the Life Safety Code compliance and the upkeep of the facility’s physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities. This role works closely with the Maintenance Director to ensure safe, well-maintained environments for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include maintaining regulatory standards, following infection control policies, and assisting with facility-wide preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Director in ensuring Life Safety Code compliance and upkeep of the physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities.
• Maintain health, sanitary and infection control policies and follow community administration policies and procedures.
• Support facility maintenance tasks to ensure safe and compliant operations.
