Pedcor Homes seeks a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to support the Abbington community in Jacksonville, NC. You’ll assist with apartment turns, make-readies, and general repairs while keeping common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of maintenance experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. HVAC experience and related certifications are preferred and will help you succeed in this hands-on

Salary Range: $18.00 To $19.00 Hourly
