Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician Lead to ensure all equipment operates smoothly through troubleshooting and repair of bottling, grain handling, and distillation equipment. The role involves working onsite daily with technicians, operators, supervisors, and managers to resolve mechanical and system issues. Responsibilities include preventive and predictive maintenance, tooling changeovers, diagnostics, troubleshooting on PLCs, and facility repairs.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years maintenance experience in manufacturing, preferably in food or beverage.
• Effective communication and issue resolution skills across departments.
• Leadership experience in equipment repair and development.
• Ability to create preventative maintenance plans.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate issues and solutions clearly.
• Willingness to serve as a technical leader and trainer.

Additional Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Lifting requirement: 60 pounds.
• Minimal travel within Columbus facilities.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic schematics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
