Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and troubleshooting on highly automated laundry equipment. The role includes preventive maintenance and independent responsibility for assigned equipment within the Shared Laundry department in Springfield, IL.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• At least 3 years of facilities and mechanical experience desired.
• Ability to perform maintenance and troubleshooting on complex equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of highly automated laundry equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure equipment reliability.
• Work with Shared Laundry team to support 40-hour weekly schedule.
