Milo's Tea Company Inc in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support the Maintenance department through mechanical inspections and preventive maintenance tasks. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence.
• Perform basic mathematical functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform all assigned preventive work order tasks safely and in a timely manner.
• Follow maintenance policies and procedures, applying maintenance excellence best practices.
• Complete work entries in the CMMS system.
• Perform emergency repairs of equipment during production operations.
• Apply technical skills in troubleshooting and repair of machines.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, adjust machines.
• Document all machine malfunctions on work orders.
• Perform routine visual inspections of machinery.
• Maintain 65% work‑order versus paid‑hours metric.
• Meet food safety requirements and maintain documentation.
• Work alternating shifts, including nights and weekends.
