New Process Metal Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly. This direct hire role offers a clear career growth path and a competitive benefits package.

Shifts run Monday through Friday from 2pm to 10pm, with overtime potential based on production needs. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and support safety and training of staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience with strong electrical skills.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and blueprint reading.
• Ability to operate forklifts and cranes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with great communication skills and flexibility for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment, including forklifts, trucks, and manufacturing machinery.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including motor controls and PLCs.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
• Ensure safety compliance and keep work areas clean.
• Support and train other maintenance staff as needed.
