Job summary

Biltmore Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep apartments, buildings, and common areas in good condition. You will handle day-to-day repairs, coordinate with the Site Manager, and ensure safety while performing tasks across units and grounds.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, teamwork, and delivering timely fixes to resident concerns. Applicants should have at least 1 year of related experience and be ready to contribute to a safety-minded, customer-focused

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a maintenance technician and/or janitorial.
• Hands-on experience with general building maintenance and minor repairs (painting, refurbishing, cleaning, carpentry, minor electrical/plumbing).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Willingness to learn and work as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Complete general repair tasks (floor repairs, painting, basic plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Replace appliances as needed and refurbish/clean areas.
• Coordinate priorities with the Site Manager to move work orders forward.
• Document completed work and note parts/tools needed for next steps.
