As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day repair needs that keep our communities clean, orderly, and safe. This role exists to ensure apartments, buildings, and common areas stay in good working condition and residents’ concerns are addressed promptly.
Key responsibilities include completing general repair tasks (floor repairs, painting, basic plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry), appliance replacement, refurbishing/cleaning, and coordinating priorities with the Site Manager to move work orders forward.

You’ll start by reviewing the latest work orders and checking in with the Site Manager on what needs attention first. From there, your day may shift between a quick touch‑up in a unit, a small fix in a common area, and keeping an eye on overall property condition. You’ll document what you completed, note any parts/tools needed for the next step, and keep safety top of mind while you work. By the end of the day, you’ll have visible progress you can point to—and a clear plan for what’s next.
