Job summary

Advanced Chemical Company (ACC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep facilities and equipment running at peak performance. You’ll handle preventive maintenance, repairs, and basic system inspections while prioritizing safety and reliability.

You’ll work under the Maintenance Supervisor, troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems; participate in project coordination, and contribute to a fast-paced, hands-on team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, air compressors and pumps.
• Welding experience is a plus; able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs to ensure machinery and facilities run efficiently.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in coordinating projects and priorities.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and air compressor systems.
• Handle a mix of technical and hands-on tasks, including snow removal and painting.
