Job summary

Kohl's Department Stores is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our retail distribution and store support equipment running safely and efficiently. In this role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, sorters, material-handling systems, HVAC, and facility equipment to minimize downtime in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, follow strict safety and LOTO procedures, document work in a CMMS, and partner

Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on material-handling equipment.
• Familiarity with conveyors, sorters, HVAC, and facility systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults safely.
• Experience using CMMS for work orders and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, sorters, and material-handling systems.
