Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our communities safe and comfortable. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, and related equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations.

You will coordinate with community directors and residents, respond to requests, and maintain both interior and exterior areas.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience or ability to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, elevators, fire/sprinkler equipment) preferred.
• Ability to work with community directors and residents to address maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and staff in a timely manner.
• Ensure interior and exterior areas are clean, safe, and compliant with regulations.
