Job summary

McDonald’s franchisee restaurant is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep the interior and exterior of the store clean and to maintain restaurant equipment. You will be part of a maintenance team with responsibilities across cleaning, upkeep and safety standards.

The role offers practical hands-on duties such as filtering fryers, grounds maintenance and light fixture replacement, with additional tasks including unloading deliveries and HVAC cleaning as needed.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
