Qualifications
Two to three years of progressively responsible experience in maintenance work.
Ability to perform light to heavy lifting.
Possession of a valid Ohio Vehicle Operator’s license.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, repair, and construction for CMHA buildings and facilities.
Diagnose mechanical and structural problems.
Maintain records of work orders and work performed.
Skills
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Ability to use power and hand tools
Ability to communicate and interact well with the public
Possession of a valid Ohio operator’s license
