Job summary

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Ohio Vehicle Operator’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and construction for CMHA buildings and facilities.
• Diagnose mechanical and structural problems.
• Maintain records of work orders and work performed.

Skills

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Ability to use power and hand tools

Ability to communicate and interact well with the public

Possession of a valid Ohio operator’s license

Basic Housing Maintenance Certificate (BHMC)

Education
