Compensation:

This position is hourly, with an anticipated base pay range of $36.30 to $48.41 per hour.

Position Overview:

Join our team in Gresham, Oregon, at 3675 NE Hogan Drive as an experienced Maintenance Technician. You will be the subject matter expert on automated material handling and building systems, supporting the goals of the Distribution Center. You will report to a Facilities Supervisor.

You Will:

• Serve as the primary responder for complex system issues involving automated material handling controls and equipment, including EMS, WCS, Sort Director, EWM, and hardware/software components.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades and modifications to DC assets.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system components, including PLCs, drives, motors, sensors, and communication systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve problems and propose solutions.
• Be available for a 24-hour on-call rotation.
• Perform audits and quality checks on equipment and assets.
• Provide analysis and troubleshooting reports on system performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Technical or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 years on automated material handling systems.
• Technical training in controls, power distribution, and PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience with electrical testing, hand tools, and reading schematics.
• Knowledge of codes like NEC, BOCA, UBC, MSDS, OSHA.
• Ability to become a subject matter expert on automated systems.
• Skills in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley).
• Understanding of power distribution and control circuits.
• Experience with device networks like ProfiBus, ASiBus, Data Highway, CanBus.
• Use of thermal imaging equipment for early failure detection.
• Experience with AC drives, setup, and fault troubleshooting.
