The role supports Croydon and Bristol production plants, with a pay start at $40.83 hourly and progression to $45.37 after training and certification within 4–6 months of hire. The position operates in a union environment and requires a valid US driver’s license, willingness to work overtime, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in instrumentation maintenance.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license.
• Willingness to work overtime and answer emergency calls.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintains instrument and electrical equipment in area of responsibility, prioritizing instrumentation.
• Sets up, calibrates, tests, and repairs electrical controls and instruments.
• Repairs, maintains and installs electrical and instrument equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoots malfunctions and documents failure analysis.
• Collects equipment history data to improve reliability.
• Coordinates E/I troubleshooting and supports SAP data entry and planning.
