Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time On-Site Maintenance Technician to support a residential community in Inglewood, CA. You will handle plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair and basic HVAC, while maintaining common areas and responding to work orders.

Travel between properties may be required; a $200 monthly auto allowance supports travel. Candidates should have at least 1 year in apartment maintenance and the ability to lift 50 lbs+ with basic hand tools.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year apartment maintenance or related experience.
• Experience in Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Tile work and water line installation.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs+ and work with basic hand tools.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain professionalism with residents, vendors, and team members.
• Ensure cleanliness, curb appeal, and property standards.
• Complete daily work orders and assist with unit turns.
• Perform maintenance: plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair, basic HVAC.
• Clean and maintain common areas, grounds, and amenities.
• Identify and report maintenance issues proactively.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Support the Community Manager and team with maintenance needs.

Job Type: Full Time

Location: 916 E Beach Ave, Inglewood, CA 90302

Pay: $25-$27 per hour + $200 monthly auto allowance

Beach Front Property Management is seeking a Full-Time On-Site Maintenance Technician to support a residential community in Inglewood, CA.

Travel between assigned properties may be required during the course of your employment. To support these travel requirements, you will receive a monthly auto allowance of $200.00 in accordance with company policy.

What you'll do

• Maintain a high level of professionalism with residents, vendors, and team members
• Ensure community cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall property standards
• Complete daily work orders and assist with unit turns
• Perform general maintenance, including:
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Painting
  • Appliance repair
  • Basic HVAC
• Clean and maintain common areas, amenities, and grounds
• Identify and report maintenance issues proactively
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents
• Support the Community Manager and team with maintenance-related needs

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance or related experience
• Experience in: Electrical, Plumbing, Plumbing, Carpentry/woodwork, Tile work & Water line installation
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.+
• Must have: Basic hand tools
• Valid driver’s license
