Rinker Materials in MENOKEN, ND seeks a Maintenance Technician to join our plant operations. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems while adhering to safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include equipment inspections, fabrication, and coordinating with the team to ensure efficient operations. The role requires climbing, ladders, and use of a manlift; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Business/technical degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• One plus years’ experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Knowledge of large machine operation and infrastructure construction.
• Technical expertise in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, machining and electronics.
• Ability to read plans/blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and databases.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Detail-oriented with strong work ethic.
• Good verbal communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
• Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine repairs.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems.
• Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, switches, valves.
• Fabricate parts or components as needed.
• Install, maintain, and repair low voltage and high voltage electrical systems.
• Collaborate with team to complete projects and ensure efficient operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns.
• Work on tall structures using a manlift, ladders and safety harnesses.
