Our Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting a variety of equipment and systems to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime at the Decaturville, TN location. We are looking for an individual who is proactive and reliable that is focused on maintaining the safety, functionality and productivity of the facility.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Assist with the installation of new CNC equipment including set-up and calibration.
- Use AutoCAD occasionally/as needed for 2 dimensional drawings (sheet metal flat-patterns, etc.).
- Use SolidWorks to produce accurate manufacturing drawings of products
- Create cutting paths and programs for CNC machines (such as plasma cutters, laser cutters, and tube benders) to produce custom metal parts.
- Specify materials, dimensions, and tolerances on drawings to ensure proper part fabrication.
- Use vendor software (CAM-Computer-Aided Manufacturing) in coordination with CAD designs to develop and optimize toolpaths for sheet cutting, tube cutting, and metal forming.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment within established schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- 3+ years’ experience in maintenance, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting (CNC preferred), with SolidWorks or AutoCAD knowledge, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Skilled in using hand and power tools, with working knowledge of basic welding, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.

- You are physically fit, energetic and self-motivated.
- You have the ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
- You have a “safety first” mindset and understand the importance of upholding safety standards.
- You are comfortable using computers and can navigate systems efficiently.
- You have experience with continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen) and manufacturing concepts.
- You are legally able to work in the USA.
