Maintenance Technician – Industrial Equipment (Contractor)

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support operations by maintaining critical machinery and systems. If you enjoy diagnosing problems, working with your hands, and preventing breakdowns, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Troubleshoot and repair equipment including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

2. Operate CNC machines, mechanical presses, and other production machinery

3. Perform routine, preventive, and predictive maintenance

4. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints

5. Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment for repairs

6. Fabricate and weld parts; may involve pipe fitting and sheet metal work

7. Maintain a safe and organized workspace following safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

1. At least 4 years of hands-on maintenance experience, including welding, fabrication, and industrial repair

2. Strong diagnostic skills for electrical and mechanical issues

3. Ability to read blueprints for hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems

4. Experience with maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment

5. Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge

6. Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed
