Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred or equivalent; must have valid driver’s license.
• Flexible availability: night and weekend shifts.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Strong general mechanical aptitude.
• Display a strong sense of ownership for work.
• Detail Oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair line equipment and electrical components.
• Identify and replace faulty components; diagnose malfunctions using testing devices.
• Repair and replace PCs, boards, and drives (VFDs).
• Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems and components.
• Diagnose energy loss and optimize repairs.
• Ensure safe and compliant operation and documentation.
