Job summary

Club Car Wash is seeking a maintenance technician in Springfield, IL to operate and maintain car wash equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and keep precise work-order records. The role requires mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn advanced car wash technology, with flexibility for after-hours work.

The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and the stamina to lift 50+ lbs.

Qualifications

Experience with maintenance of car wash equipment and general mechanical tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively and work on a flexible schedule including after-hours work.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain hand and power tools, welders, crimpers heavy machinery and more.
Perform preventative maintenance to minimize machine failure.
Complete and maintain records of active work orders across several sites through a digital data base.
Work in routine and emergency situations.
Perform electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, pneumatic maintenance tasks.
Follow safety regulations and protocols.
