Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the 2nd shift at the Troy, IL facility. Core hours are 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. Overtime may be required.

The position offers an hourly rate of $27.92 plus a $0.50 shift differential, with progression to $30.61 after 16 months. Benefits include health, retirement, parental leave, and more. Job DescriptionEaton's ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd Shift at our Troy, IL facility! The core hours are Monday -Friday, 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.

The hourly rate for this position is $27.92 per hour, plus a $0.50 cent shift differential. Employees follow a wage progression schedule and will reach $30.61 per hour after 16 months.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Troy, IL will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

• Ability to operate Rigging Equipment to include nylon straps, wire braded straps, wire braded chain slings, sheet stock handler, rail rack attachment and spreader bars.
