Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a hardworking Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities operating efficiently. You will perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and you’ll be a reliable team player who can address issues quickly.

The role requires inspecting buildings for damage, keeping repair records, and traveling to properties around the city to ensure safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques.
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on some nights and weekends.
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and repair as needed.
• Inspect building for structural damage to windows, doors and walls and perform repairs.
• Record completed repairs and last serviced dates using company tools.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating efficiently and prevent safety risks.
• Handle light maintenance tasks (toilet repair, minor plumbing, painting, drywall).
• Travel to various properties around the city to inspect properties.

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced using company tools
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Handle light maintenance tasks as needed (toilet repair, small plumbing repair, paint, drywall, etc.)
• Travel to various properties throughout the city inspecting properties
