Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced electrical wiring troubleshooting and short-circuit protection system knowledge.
• Knowledge of VFDs and programming them.
• Basic PLC layout and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of process control instrumentation.
• Dismantles machines and performs repairs.
• Makes necessary machine adjustments for proper operation.
• Conducts scheduled preventive maintenance procedures.
• Basic machine shop knowledge using lathes, endmills, drill press.
• Performs skilled welding and plumbing repairs.
• Maintains powered industrial trucks and systems.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics and ability to troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle machines and perform repairs as needed.
• Adjust machines to ensure proper operation and throughput.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance procedures.
• Operate basic machine shop tools and fabrication equipment.
• Assist in maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Followsstandardoperatingandsafetyprocedures.

• Keepsworkareasafe,cleanandorganized.

• Performsotherrelateddutiesasrequired.
