Job summary

Woodmont-Properties in Mantua Township, NJ seeks a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical property meets standards and laws. You will perform interior and exterior cleaning, apartment turns, and diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall and related systems.

You must be available for a 24-hour on-call rotation, assist in snow removal, and maintain grounds and common areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year related maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA certification may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior cleaning, and apartment turns.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall and related systems.
• Maintain grounds, common areas and curb appeal; respond to work orders within 24 hours.
• Carry out 24-hour on-call rotations and snow removal as needed.
• Test and maintain fire safety equipment and conduct simple inspections.
