Job summary

Perdue Foods is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III to advance our plant operations. You will diagnose, repair, and preventively maintain complex machinery, driving reliability and efficiency across production lines.

You’ll apply hydraulics, electrical and welding expertise while collaborating with technicians and operators to uphold safety and quality standards in a demanding plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 5–8 years in industrial maintenance or equivalent.
• Expert proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical systems, welding and rigging.
• Intermediate proficiency with PLC.

Responsibilities

• Perform highly technically complex tasks and operate independently.
• Maintain Maintenance Tech III proficiency within 10 months of hire.
• Diagnose and repair complex machinery, perform preventive maintenance to ensure production efficiency.
• Provide operators with support around machine reliability and collaborate with production teams.
