Job summary

Ardent Mills is seeking a Maintenance Technician III in Ayer, MA. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plant equipment, leading maintenance projects, and training other technicians.

You will use CMMS for work orders and contribute to preventive maintenance planning. You should have 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, strong communication, and knowledge of PLCs/VFDs, predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and safety standards.

Maintenance Technician IIIAs a Maintenance Technician III, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, fixing, and maintaining equipment. You will support and enable preventative maintenance at the plant by contributing technical input to planning, reliability, and follow-up work. You are expected to learn advanced maintenance skills and complete related tasks as needed. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $30.10 - $32.00, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved.
