Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to independently perform high-level technical support within the maintenance department. The role includes training lower-level Technicians on advanced tasks and ensuring reliable equipment and quality standards. Shift is 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday.

You will work with cross-functional teams to support reliability, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with safety and GMP regulations.

Qualifications

HS diploma with 10+ yrs. Experience or Relevant Certificate with 5+ yrs. experience or Associates technical degree with 3+ yrs. Experience, or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions.
CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired
Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e. machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools)
Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)

Assists in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis
Capable of training others on tasks.
Is proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines and creates or edits maintenance job plans

Fully proficient in their core function, performing advanced level tasks
Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site
Understands and follows all safety and GMP regulations

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Companybelieves ingood faith it will pay for this role at thetimeofthis posting based on the job grade for this position.Individualcompensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographiclocation,andwemay ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may bemodified in thefuture.
