Job Description

Purpose

Independently perform senior-level technical support within the maintenance department. Train lower-level technicians on advanced tasks.

Responsibilities

1. Adhere to AbbVie's code of conduct.
2. Maintain department assets to ensure reliable equipment operation and quality standards.
3. Assist in root cause investigations and reliability-centered maintenance analysis.
4. Train others on maintenance tasks.
5. Proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines; create or edit maintenance job plans.
6. Possess intermediate computer skills (MS Windows).
7. Perform advanced level tasks within their core function.
8. Assist cross-functional teams outside of maintenance.
9. Support continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives.
10. Follow all safety and GMP regulations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma with 10+ years of experience, or relevant certificate with 5+ years, or associate's technical degree with 3+ years, or proficiency in two or more skilled maintenance functions.
• CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools).
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows).
