Qualifications

• Strong reading, communication, math, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in hydraulic systems, conveyor systems and industrial machinery.
• Must be proficient in at least six of the listed areas (see job posting).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize equipment to ensure reliable, high-performance production.
• Diagnose complex issues and lead preventive maintenance efforts to minimize downtime.
• Provide own hand tools and be prepared to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes.
• Keep shop and surrounding areas clean and safe.
