Qualifications

• Experience performing industrial maintenance in a manufacturing facility.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ability to diagnose and repair production equipment and machinery.
• Experience with tanks, pumps, piping systems, and automated equipment.
• Basic knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and programming.
• Welding and plumbing maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze equipment failures and participate in root cause investigations.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Follow SH&E standards and promote a safe work environment.
• Complete monthly safety observations and identify opportunities to improve safety.
• Proactively recommend and implement maintenance improvements.
• Inspect equipment for non-conformances and report findings.
• Participate in root cause analyses and support corrective actions.
• Monitor maintenance effectiveness to maximize reliability and availability.
• Support TPM and continuous improvement through problem solving and tagging.
• Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct maintenance on welding, plumbing, tanks, piping, and components.
• Assist with PLC troubleshooting and programming activities.
• Complete scheduled PM tasks on time and elevate issues when necessary.
• Recommend enhancements to PM programs and procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work documentation.
