Job summary

Lasko Products, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for our Franklin, TN facility on the 2nd shift (3:30pm–12am). You will perform PM and repairs on production machinery, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and assist with changeovers to support production requirements.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in similar role
• Ability to think proactively, follow instructions, and complete duties with minimal supervision
• Ability to read and follow blueprints or equipment manuals

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and corrective repairs on production machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify root causes of equipment issues.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns on the production floor to minimize downtime.
• Assist in equipment changeovers, setups, and adjustments to support production requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records
• Collaborate with operators, engineers, and supervisors to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, equipment upgrades, and process enhancements.
• Installing and removing screw guns, tape guns, and other equipment as needed for repair or changeovers.
