Independently perform Senior level technical support within the maintenance department. Trains lower-level technicians on more advanced tasks.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to AbbVie's code of conduct
• Maintain the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met
• Assist in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis
• Capable of training others on tasks
• Proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines and creates or edits maintenance job plans
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
• Fully proficient in core function, performing advanced level tasks
• Assist cross-functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
• Support continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site
• Understand and follow all safety and GMP regulations

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required
• 10+ years experience or relevant certificate with 5+ years experience or associate technical degree with 3+ years experience, or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions
• CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired
• Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools)
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
