The LEGO Group in Virginia, Richmond is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to lead advanced troubleshooting and drive reliability of manufacturing equipment. You will serve as a technical resource, mentor junior technicians, and support continuous improvement across production lines.
You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, analyze downtime, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with engineers to enhance equipment performance.
