The Vineyards Country Club, a prestigious private club located in beautiful Naples, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. Our mission is to provide world-class service and a pristine environment for our members and guests, and we need a team member who shares our passion for excellence and attention to detail.

Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of general maintenance duties to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of our clubhouse, spa, fitness center, tennis and pickleball facilities, and overall grounds. This position requires a proactive, hands-on individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in general carpentry, painting, lighting, and repairs throughout the property.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe.
• Monitor and report any safety hazards or deficiencies.
• Support special events setup and breakdown as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional service to members and guests.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance or facilities experience required; hospitality or club environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor environments.
