Job description

Job Title: Maintenance Technician III
Location: Greenville, WI
Duration: 08 + Months on W2
3rd shift: 9:30pm - 5:30am

POSITION SUMMARY:
Maintains and repairs the facility structure, equipment and grounds, including plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
Performs skilled trades work, such as carpentry or painting in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures.
Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments.
May provide guidance to other associates.

SUPERVISES:
No direct reports.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Maintains, repairs and installs the following as necessary.
Electrical systems, including lighting, circuits and equipment.
Water supply, drains, pipes and appliances.
Pneumatic air supply, including air compressor.
Walls, partitions, floors, ceilings and fixtures(including painting).
Facilities equipment such as trash compactor and baling machine
Material handling equipment, such as lift trucks and racking
Office furniture and office partition systems
Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Associates degree or equivalent work experience
4 years of HVAC systems experience
Ability to perform pipe fitting work on water, gas and pneumatic systems
Ability to locate and install new plant equipment, including all electrical, pipe fitting, rigging and millwright work
Ability to use power tools and hand tools to perform carpentry and other types of woodwork as well as mechanical installations
Ability to troubleshoot equipment using diagrams and blueprints and repair electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic mechanical systems
Ability to work independently on projects
