Covenant Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech III responsible for high-quality maintenance work in areas like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. The candidate will ensure efficient operations across various campus facilities while contributing to a supportive team environment and growth opportunities. The Maintenance Tech III position provides high quality, skilled and specialized maintenance work in the following areas: physical plant, machinery and equipment, and preventive and corrective maintenance. This includes specialized responsibilities in the areas of heating and cooling (HVAC), refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, painting, telephone systems, call for aid, security, custodial, other environmental services functions. The Maintenace Tech completes maintenance assignments in apartments, common areas, offices and service areas.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $24.47 - $30.12.
