The Maintenance Technician III is responsible for:

1. Maintenance, operation, and repair of building and equipment throughout the facility
2. Performing preventative maintenance
3. Work including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, pneumatic tube, painting, carpentry
