Join Our Team as a Maintenance Tech II!

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Tech II to join our community. As a Team Partner in Maintenance, you will handle repairs, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment, systems, and components. We operate on a standard Monday - Friday schedule with periodic night and weekend overtime. Immediate openings are available, with on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems using observation and testing instruments.
  • Assist with emergency and non-emergency repairs.
  • Diagnose and repair Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and control systems.
  • Follow blueprints, schematics, manuals, and specifications.
  • Perform boiler chemical and wastewater system testing, recording results and making adjustments.
  • Conduct safety checks on boilers and perform repairs as needed.
  • Inspect and maintain motors, belts, fluids, and filters.
  • Perform basic welding repairs.
  • Lubricate and inspect equipment parts per procedures.
  • Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred; two-year technical degree preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Knowledge of industrial maintenance and equipment repair.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience; military experience considered.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.
  • Lockout/Tagout experience required.
  • Ability to work overtime and lift up to 80 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
