Job summary
Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support our engineering team in keeping equipment in optimal condition through routine repairs and preventative maintenance.
You will assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds tasks and help ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. We value teamwork, professional service, and adherence to safety standards, with opportunities for training, development, and career advancement within Concord-managed hotels
Qualifications
- Experience performing routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and job safety analysis guides.
Responsibilities
- Maintain equipment on the engineering team to ensure good working order.
- Assist Chief Engineer with building and grounds maintenance tasks.
- Provide a safe environment for guests and staff by meeting safety standards.
- Provide courteous service to guests and support other departments as needed.
