ManpowerGroup, on behalf of a leading manufacturer of power equipment and industrial products, seeks a Maintenance Technician II to join the Maintenance Department in Sussex, WI. You will support Production, Facilities, and Operations teams, performing preventive, routine and emergency maintenance on a range of equipment.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, with 2+ years of experience maintaining industrial

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience maintaining industrial equipment or production equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and technical documents.

Responsabilités

• Perform emergency, routine, and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, robotic, and PLC-controlled systems.
• Complete preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Maintain facility systems, including lighting, building mechanicals, fixtures, and seasonal outdoor maintenance.
• Order parts, manage work orders, and maintain maintenance records and 5S standards.
