Prospera is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform a broad range of non-supervisory maintenance tasks across the portfolio. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain properties, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and general repairs.

The role requires teamwork, safety compliance, and on-call availability. The position reports to the Regional Maintenance Manager and supports compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade/vocational training preferred.
• 2+ years of property maintenance or related field experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Perform intermediate maintenance tasks including basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems with limited supervision.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Complete unit make-readies and prepare vacant units for leasing.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
