Job summary

Tate Inc. in Red Lion, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment and facility systems to ensure reliability and safety.

You will diagnose issues, minimize downtime, read schematics, and support continuous improvement. 3–5 years manufacturing maintenance experience and knowledge of PLCs, motors, and drives are preferred; high school diploma or GED required, with certificates advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems incl. PLCs, motors and drives.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and production equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
• Inspect equipment, identify faults, and implement effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot systems including motors, drives, PLCs, and control components.
• Interpret technical schematics, diagrams and manuals.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders and repair documentation.
