Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Skilled Technician to install, maintain, and repair automated material handling equipment and ensure high equipment availability in our New Jersey distribution centers.

You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and work with lead techs to conduct root cause analysis. The role requires 2+ years in maintenance in industrial settings and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in distribution/industrial settings.
• Ability to obtain a valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with electrical principles and blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical MHE on site.
• Adjust conveyors, sortation, scanners, cameras, and field buses.
• Repair or replace belts, chains, cables, and wearing components.
• Clean, lubricate, calibrate equipment and use work plans/procedures.
• Manage work orders and document downtime, parts used, and root causes.
