Job summary

EAH Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to service Wisteria Vista and Birch Street properties in Honolulu. You will perform a wide range of on-site maintenance tasks across 100+ units, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC support, and routine inspections.

We value reliability, safe driving, and basic computer skills; Yardi Voyager experience is a plus. The role offers full-time employment with competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• 2+ years of related apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general maintenance.
• CADL, clean DMV and reliable transportation.
• HVAC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• All facets of lock and key replacement/repair, including weather stripping, door/window function and locks.
• Performs interior repairs related to walls and doors.
• Electrical repairs including fixtures, lights, plugs and switches.
• Changes AC filters, checks coils, cleans and repairs when necessary.
• Performs annual unit inspections.
• Ensures the turnover of units in 5 days.
