Liberty Military Housing is seeking a dedicated Service Technician II to perform maintenance and repairs across a multi-family community in Washington, DC. You will diagnose issues, service building systems, and maintain high-quality homes while delivering exemplary customer satisfaction.

The role requires two+ years of experience in trade skills (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance repair) with valid driver’s license and willingness for on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience.
• Experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care or appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance, installation and repairs on building systems and appliances (plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, appliance repair, electrical).
• Perform installations, service repairs and preventative maintenance in homes, common areas, grounds and community.
