Job summary

Deer Valley Resort, part of Alterra, is seeking a Maintenance Technician Level II for Empire Pass properties in Park City, Utah. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related systems.

Qualifications

Proven maintenance, troubleshooting and repair abilities across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, woodwork, drywall and texturing.
CPO certification for pool and spa chemicals.
Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and operate power tools.
Valid driver's license; able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and various texturing work.
Perform grounds maintenance, snow removal, and ground care in winter; landscaping in summer.
Troubleshoot, service, and repair pumps, condensers, motors, lighting, and three phase panels.
Paint interiors and exteriors of buildings.
Remove/install faucets, seats, drain seals, toilets, and auto flushers.
Troubleshoot and repair drainage problems, water leaks, and lack of water.
Woodworking on cabinetry, counters, stairs, and doors.
Other duties as assigned.
