Job summary

Perdue Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to keep production machinery and automated/electrical systems running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex equipment, and support continuous improvement across the facility.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a 3:00pm–11:00pm shift, requiring hands-on problem solving and collaboration with maintenance staff. Occasional travel to nearby locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years in Industrial Maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Intermediate proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, welding and rigging.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, modify, and rebuild production machinery and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose equipment breakdowns and provide timely repairs.
• Maintain records and safety/quality compliance.
• Support machine changeovers and operator assistance as needed.
