Senior Living Communities, LLC is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician for The Gables in Greenville, SC. Join a hospitality-driven team focused on resident comfort and safety in a stable, professional setting.

You will handle HVAC troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and occasional plumbing/electrical tasks to support a luxury senior living community.

Qualifications

• HVAC Certification and EPA Universal Certification required.
• CPO Certification preferred.
• Advanced technical training across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related systems helpful.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general facility tasks.
• Assist with unit renovations and community improvement projects.

Required Qualifications

• HVAC Certification and Universal EPA Certification.
• CPO Certification.
• Advanced technical training in multiple disciplines including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, landscaping, or sprinkler systems.
• Maintenance or mechanical experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience in senior living, hospitality, multifamily housing, healthcare, hotels, or similar service-focused environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while providing exceptional customer service.
