Gables Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our communities in top condition, delivering responsive service to residents and on-site teams.

You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs, and general maintenance tasks, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion. On-call rotation may apply to support ongoing needs; you thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance
• Experience with unit inspections
• Experience with preventative maintenance
• Experience in related trades

• Maintain the community and apartments to Gables' standards
• Solve mechanical, electrical, plumbing issues and other repairs

Our Maintenance Technician are resourceful learners who have a knack for solving mechanical challenges. From touch-up paint to plumbing and electrical repairs you approach obstacles head-on. You deliver a positive living experience for our residents by maintaining the community and taking care of the way they live with our “signature service”. You Are… Solution-driven and effective in managing HVAC repairs, plumbing/electrical installations, and general repairs throughout the community. Flexible in your ability to serve on call on a rotational basis any 7 days of the week 52 weeks of the year. Task-oriented and punctual, you’re comfortable working through day-to-day tasks while meeting required deadlines for reoccurring community needs. Experienced in building maintenance, unit inspections, preventative maintenance, and related trades. Committed to the community’s overall appearance and motivated to ensure that all vacant and occupied apartment homes are held to the Gables Standard.
